What you'll do

• Receive inbound support calls and make routine outbound calls to providers’ offices and patients
• consult with providers, pharmacies, hub partners, and patients
• identify and report adverse event and product complaint cases in Salesforce
• review and validate medical copay claims
• ensure required documentation is complete
• enter claim data into billing or electronic health record systems
• apply medical coding knowledge
• investigate claim discrepancies
• collaborate with internal departments
• identify process improvements.
