- reconcile daily payments
- research discrepancies and unidentified payments
- identify account balances and payment issues
- maintain transaction-code knowledge and a 98% posting accuracy rate
- communicate payer trends
- protect patient information and follow HIPAA, CMS, payer, and organizational requirements.
