National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Ultrasound certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Preferred: ARDMS and/or ARRT. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer. New Mexico state license to practice as an Ultrasound Technologist (required).
