What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close for software engineering, infrastructure, and technical roles
• develop outreach and relationship-building to source passive candidates
• partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand requirements and technical fit
• use ATS and TMS tools to track candidates, workflows, and reports
• track recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
• use data to improve recruiting efficiency and pipeline strategy.
