The 2027 Line Cook role is onsite in Surry, ME, with compensation of $16–$17 per hour. What you'll do

• Prepare and plate dishes with proper preparation and portioning
• work across grill, sauté, fry, prep, pantry, and outdoor pop-up stations
• follow food safety and sanitation protocols
• communicate menu ingredients and preparation methods to help address guest questions and dietary needs
• collaborate with kitchen and other teams
• contribute ideas for specials or operational improvements.
