What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate company and industry events from initial planning through execution and post-event follow-up
• maintain timelines, checklists, schedules, budgets, contact lists, and action items
• coordinate venues, registration, sponsorships, accommodations, meals, transportation, booth space, staffing, presentations, equipment, signage, and promotional items
• coordinate vendors and event materials
• provide on-site event support
• prepare event communications and materials
• support brand and customer communications
• coordinate accurate product information with internal stakeholders
• track expenses and document outcomes. Travel averages approximately 50%, varying with the event calendar.
