Operations Controller

What you'll do

• Oversee cash-handling procedures
• reconcile and analyze balance-sheet accounts
• analyze financial results
• track monthly profit-and-loss and balance-sheet activity
• develop forecasts and budgets and identify risks and opportunities
• review the general ledger and balance sheets
• resolve accounting and reconciliation issues
• prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including close and audit reporting
• maintain inventory and cost-control procedures
• administer payroll and human resources.
