What you'll do

• Provide customer technical and application support through development, testing, and troubleshooting
• develop formulations, prototypes, and sales tools
• conduct customer visits, demonstrations, presentations, and training
• create technical documentation and industry content
• liaise among Sales, Portfolio Management, R&D, and customers
• support product evaluations, competitive analysis, and new product introductions
• collaborate with global application teams
• maintain laboratory presence in Cassopolis
• support distributors through joint visits and training.
