What you'll do

• Wind and rewind AC/DC motors and generators
• work with stators, armatures, rotors, and field coils
• remove old windings and record winding data
• form, insert, connect, and insulate copper coils
• perform form coil and random winding
• braze, solder, and conduct Megger and surge testing
• read winding diagrams and specifications.
