The role advances contamination control and sterility assurance through environmental monitoring, investigations, qualification and validation oversight, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration under applicable regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead environmental monitoring program development and performance qualification strategy
• direct viable and non-viable monitoring in ISO 5, ISO 7, and ISO 8 cleanrooms and BSL-2 suites
• oversee contamination control and sterility assurance programs
• lead and develop QC microbiology staff and daily laboratory operations
• oversee aseptic process and operator qualification and cleaning/disinfection validation
• ensure cGMP, data integrity, procedure, and safety compliance
• lead investigations and CAPA
• author, review, and approve controlled documents
• participate in external partner audits
• collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, facilities, and validation teams.
