The Security Guard role is onsite in Solomons, MD. Pay is $17.50 per hour. The position is PRN/per diem with varied shifts throughout the week and every other weekend and holiday required. Asbury Solomons is a senior living community serving residents in independent living, assisted living, and short-term rehabilitation. The guard helps maintain campus safety by patrolling the grounds, responding to emergencies, addressing security concerns, and managing scheduled access points. The role also serves as a liaison for emergency services when incidents occur.

What you'll do

• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of the campus
• respond promptly to resident, associate, and building emergencies and act as a liaison for emergency services
• proactively address safety and security issues
• lock and unlock appropriate doors at scheduled times
• operate an assigned vehicle safely and professionally
• perform other assigned duties.
