Operations Associate

Job overview

The Operations Associate role is onsite in East Boston, MA, with pay of $16.50 per hour. Gopuff delivers everyday essentials to customers, including outside standard store hours. The associate supports site operations by picking and packing orders, receiving and managing inventory, and preparing food and beverage items where applicable. The role helps ensure orders are accurate, facilities are organized, and products are handled safely for customer delivery.

What you'll do

• Pick and pack customer orders
• receive and unpack vendor pallets
• reconcile inventory with purchase orders and invoices
• manage inventory and canceled orders
• clean and organize the facility
• follow FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage
• contact customers about substitutions or out-of-stock items
• handle and move products safely
• prepare, package, and stage orders
• follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
