Human Resources Director

What you'll do

• Lead, develop, and execute strategic HR initiatives

• serve as liaison between IT and business partners
• direct Business Systems Analysts and Solution Architects
• oversee requirements, configuration, design, development, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, integrations, and Analytics Cloud solutions
• manage vendor relationships
• guide quarterly Oracle updates and regression testing.
