What you'll do

• Clean lobbies, community halls, offices, restrooms, and assigned leased units
• sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors
• clean walls, ceilings, windows, fixtures, and appliances
• maintain walkways, parking lots, grounds, and garbage areas
• notify supervisors about supplies and repair needs
• assist with building security, office equipment moves, and meeting setup
• remove trash from vacated units and grounds.

Why this role
