What you'll do

• Provide individualized employment support
• assist with resumes, applications, interview preparation, and on-the-job training
• develop strengths-based employment plans
• conduct job searches and employer outreach
• match participants with competitive integrated employment
• provide job coaching and follow-along support
• maintain documentation
• collaborate with team members, employers, and community resources
• advocate for participants and inclusive employment.
