The Therapist role is onsite in Warrior, AL; compensation is $50,000–$55,000 per year. Bradford Health Services provides substance use treatment and programs, including residential, outpatient, and medication-assisted treatment services. The therapist assesses clients, develops and documents treatment plans, and provides individual, group, and family counseling. The role coordinates care with clinical colleagues and supports clients’ progress through treatment and discharge planning.

What you'll do

• Conduct psychosocial assessments
• integrate findings into clinical summaries and treatment plans
• document progress and discharge summaries
• coordinate client objectives with the clinical team and relevant parties
• provide individual, group, specialty-group, and family counseling
• deliver addiction-treatment education
• manage caseload and documentation.
