What you'll do

• Lead dining operations, including menu planning, food production, purchasing, inventory, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
• serve as lead chef up to three days per week
• recruit, train, coach, and develop dining staff
• build relationships with residents and families and account for preferences and dietary needs
• partner with health services and community leadership
• maintain meal counts and documentation
• manage food purchasing, inventory controls, and labor resources
• ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
• improve service, quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
