What you'll do

• Prospect, cold call, network, and participate in industry events to develop new business
• meet activity metrics and monthly revenue goals
• identify and qualify sales opportunities
• manage customer accounts with operations, billing, and dispatch support
• build customer relationships and satisfaction
• negotiate, update, and renew service agreements
• provide quotes and draft agreements
• respond to customer requests and maintain CRM records
• educate customers on recycling systems and develop tailored solutions through onsite visits
• collaborate on regional sales goals
• attend trade shows and networking events.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree or three years of relevant sales experience required. Two or more years in solid waste, recycling, or logistics is preferred. Valid driver’s license required; English and Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
