What you'll do

• Lead and review accounting staff work
• mentor junior accountants
• maintain accounting data for multiple programs and grants
• prepare journal entries, worksheets, financial reports, billings, and drawdowns
• approve accounts-payable vouchers and code expenses
• analyze general-ledger accounts and program finances
• prepare closeout reports and reconciliations
• support program and corporate budgets
• monitor actual spending against budgets
• ensure compliance with financial policies and requirements.
