What you'll do

• Handle complex litigation

• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda
• participate in litigation phases appropriate to experience
• work with partners and clients on strategy
• communicate case developments
• manage assignments and deadlines
• develop technology-litigation and regulatory-enforcement expertise.
