Job overview

The Information Management / Information Technology Technician role is an onsite, full-time position in Clovis, NM, at Cannon Air Force Base. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Install, maintain, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, communications devices, and other peripherals
• resolve and document trouble tickets
• triage customer IT and communications requests
• support accounts, server-room monitoring, loaner equipment, and asset management
• assist with LAN/WAN administration, patching, performance monitoring, and cyber security scanning
• maintain required logs, reports, and inventory records.
