What you'll do

• Source field and craft candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach
• screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
• coordinate hiring-manager interviews
• forecast staffing needs with the Recruiting Manager
• partner with operations and field leadership
• manage candidates through offer and onboarding handoff
• maintain records and requisitions
• build skilled-trades pipelines
• assist with other roles as needed.
