What you'll do

• Own the backlog, priorities, and delivery timeline for retail products
• research vendors and work with engineers on buy-versus-build decisions
• lead cross-functional sessions and align engineering, design, compliance, and operations
• track plans, surface risks, and escalate as needed
• define OKRs and KPIs and report progress
• support roadmap development and feature prioritization
• coordinate releases
• represent customer needs and use feedback, usability testing, and analytics to identify improvements
• contribute competitive and pricing insights
• support vendor assessments and performance tracking
• partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to incorporate regulatory and information-security requirements.
