What you'll do

• Assist with general maintenance, cleaning, and repairs across managed properties
• troubleshoot building systems and respond to tenant maintenance requests
• support preventive maintenance programs

• track and document completed work and time entries
• participate in a rotating on-call schedule as skills develop.
