What you'll do
- Oversee facilities, housing staff, transportation, culinary services, and maintenance
- supervise housing staff, behavioral health technicians, chefs, housekeeping, and drivers
- coordinate with department directors and hold daily planning meetings with Nursing and Clinical Directors
- lead hiring, onboarding, training, evaluations, and performance management
- maintain records, shift reports, payroll entries, and audits
- ensure safety, infection control, and environmental care compliance
- manage facility concerns and maintenance
- coordinate supplies and inventory
- participate in audits and accreditation inspections
- serve as Safety Officer
- track admissions and maintain logs
- uphold confidentiality and organizational policies.
