What you'll do

• Serve as site owner for OJT training methods.
• Certify OJT trainers using TWI methods.
• Develop and maintain Job Instruction Breakdowns (JIBs).
• Coach and mentor trainers.
• Collaborate with HR and QA to improve training processes.
