What you'll do

• Process monthly commission statements from provider partners
• audit payments against expected values
• investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution internally and externally
• prepare management reports as needed
• evaluate, improve, and implement standard operating procedures to increase efficiency
• use Salesforce dashboards and reports to manage tasks and cases.
