What you'll do

• Supervise the Assistant Director, teachers, and assistant teachers
• provide on-site staff coverage
• oversee daily activities and program implementation
• hire, train, schedule, evaluate, and process payroll for staff
• develop school-year and summer programming under DYCD and DOH/SACC guidelines
• monitor contract reporting, enrollment, participation, administrative and fiscal obligations
• coordinate with DOE and DYCD
• manage subcontractors, recruitment, enrollment, retention, referrals, supplies, and budget requirements
• serve as Inclusion Coordinator and oversee mental health support implementation.
