The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager role is onsite in Toms River, NJ, at Ocean County Mall. Compensation is $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager supports seasonal photo operations, team development, sales, and guest service. The role helps families have a memorable Santa visit and photo experience from start to finish.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
