What you'll do

• Inspect and maintain common areas, building exteriors, tenant suites, roofs, supply closets, mechanical rooms, vacant spaces, grounds, and parking lots
• document work and follow-up plans within 24 hours
• perform snow removal to assigned deadlines
• coordinate vendor projects
• maintain assigned fountains and ponds
• and drive to assigned properties. Weekend and after-hours building coverage is provided on an on-call basis as assigned.
