What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors
• follow site security procedures and emergency protocols
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols
• monitor restricted-area access and verify credentials as required
• report unusual conditions and policy violations
• document incidents, observations, and patrol activity
• communicate with company leadership and site contacts.
