Hotel Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain hotel building and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, pool, grounds, and landscaping
• complete scheduled preventive maintenance and work orders
• inspect the property and prioritize repair needs
• maintain maintenance records, inventory, tools, and storage areas
• maintain grounds and pools when applicable
• inspect fire extinguishers and suppression systems monthly
• monitor energy conservation
• coordinate room repairs and status with other departments
• assist with training new staff.
