What you'll do

• Partner with Sales, Service, and Operations leaders to gather requirements and map processes
• translate needs into functional designs
• configure and refine Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service
• lead workshops and solution walkthroughs
• support testing, go-live, training, and user adoption
• coordinate with IT, system integrators, and Microsoft
• recommend platform improvements.

Why this role
