What you'll do

• Manage the customer experience from check-in through vehicle delivery
• schedule appointments
• prepare estimates and repair orders
• review digital vehicle inspections
• explain technician findings
• present recommended repairs
• obtain authorization
• communicate repair updates
• coordinate with technicians and parts suppliers
• handle warranty paperwork and payments
• maintain customer records
• and follow up with customers.
