What you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with licensed wholesale buyers and retail partners
• serve as the primary account contact for inquiries, orders, follow-ups, payment status, and support
• represent Shaka and Springtime
• schedule and execute retail pop-up events
• identify business opportunities and pursue sales goals
• coordinate orders, inventory, and fulfillment
• communicate pricing, availability, and lead times
• review Certificates of Analysis and provide compliance documents
• collect payments and support accounts receivable
• educate retail partners
• prepare sales reports and forecasts
• monitor market trends and competitor activity
• represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, dispensary visits, and promotions
• maintain accurate account and transaction records.
