Elementary Special Education Teacher

What you'll do

• Provide specialized instruction based on students’ academic, developmental, behavioral, and social needs
• create and carry out individualized education plans
• deliver one-on-one and small-group instruction
• adapt curriculum, assignments, and classroom strategies
• track performance and use data to adjust instruction and interventions
• support positive behavior, social development, and independence
• collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, families, and educational team members.
