What you'll do

• Plan and track duty drawback projects using Wrike and Microsoft tools
• lead new account onboarding and setup
• monitor action items, deadlines, and compliance
• coordinate data preparation, testing, and validation
• collect records and documentation
• maintain SOPs
• lead client meetings and communications
• manage client expectations
• participate in annual account reviews
• guide assigned analysts.
