The Account Executive – Audiovisual (AV) role is onsite in Waltham, MA, with compensation of $75,000–$110,000 per year. Avidex is an AV/IT integration company delivering technology solutions and collaboration systems for corporate, healthcare, education, and enterprise environments. The account executive owns the sales cycle and develops client relationships to translate customer needs into AV/IT solutions. The role supports revenue and margin goals by building a territory pipeline, preparing proposals, and coordinating with engineering, project management, and operations to support successful delivery.

What you'll do

• Prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close business
• achieve assigned revenue and gross margin targets
• develop and execute a territory plan
• identify client needs and propose AV/IT solutions
• prepare proposals, bids, and presentations
• partner with engineering, project management, and operations
• maintain CRM pipeline, forecasts, and client data
• support resolution of client issues
• participate in industry events, trainings, and internal meetings.
