What you'll do
- Provide personal care and direct assistance
- supervise and train Direct Support Professionals
- coordinate staffing and assigned work
- support individual plans and maintain required records
- help with meals and specialized diets
- coordinate medical and therapeutic care
- report incidents
- communicate with families and community contacts
- implement behavioral plans
- and support social activities and transportation when an agency vehicle is available.
