What you'll do

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers, train new and existing staff, coordinate shift coverage, serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, file detailed reports, coach and evaluate staff performance, conduct regular site inspections and patrols, and assist with administrative tasks like payroll and documentation.
