What you'll do

• Lead M&A and partnership strategy, including market assessment, advisor direction, diligence, and negotiation
• coordinate work supporting potential exit paths, including an IPO or acquisition
• advise parts of the core credit card business
• prepare strategic recommendations and materials for senior leaders and the Board
• be ready to take a leadership role in a new product, business line, or acquisition arising from this work.
