What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and facility issues
• perform preventive maintenance on electrical and building systems
• diagnose equipment, lighting, controls, motors, and panels
• respond to guest-room and facility maintenance issues
• assist with general building maintenance
• coordinate with licensed contractors when outside services or permits are needed
• maintain repair records
• recommend solutions to recurring problems
• participate in emergency and after-hours response when necessary.
