What you'll do

• Supervise, mentor, train, and evaluate technicians and medical support staff
• participate in hiring and performance management
• create staff schedules and administer on-call rotations
• oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness
• perform technician duties and uphold anesthesia and surgical patient-management standards
• assess patients and ensure monitoring protocols
• coordinate with other departments and leadership
• address operational concerns and support process improvements.
