What you'll do

• Manage and supervise reconstruction projects from start to finish
• serve as the main contact for clients, internal teams, and insurance adjusters
• track budgets and timelines
• coordinate subcontractor meetings, schedules, permits, and expectations
• inspect sites for progress, quality, building-code compliance, and safety
• review contracts, change orders, and progress updates
• resolve issues that could delay construction.
