What you'll do

• Manage the accounts payable inbox and respond to vendor and internal inquiries
• review, organize, and route invoices
• research invoice discrepancies and help resolve payment concerns
• assist with vendor account reconciliations and supporting documentation
• support weekly check runs by matching checks to invoices and preparing check stock
• maintain accurate records
• follow internal controls, accounting procedures, and organizational policies
• contribute to process improvements, accounting system initiatives, and departmental projects.
