Job overview

The Agency Relations Coordinator role is onsite in Hollywood, FL, serving Feeding South Florida’s four-county service area. The organization’s usual hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; the role may require 45–50 hours per week during peak periods and occasional after-hours work. Compensation is $48,000–$58,000 per year. Feeding South Florida is a hunger-relief organization serving Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe Counties. The coordinator manages relationships with Partner Agencies and supports compliant, effective food distribution. The role evaluates agency readiness and performance, provides guidance and training, identifies service gaps and compliance risks, and helps partners strengthen their capacity to serve their communities.

What you'll do

  • Monitor partner compliance with organizational, Feeding America, USDA, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • plan and conduct agency site visits
  • assess eligibility and operations
  • maintain agency files and records
  • manage prospective agency applications
  • provide training and compliance guidance
  • support audits and corrective actions
  • analyze program data and prepare reports
  • represent the organization at community meetings and partner events
  • participate in mobile pantry and special distribution events
  • travel throughout the four-county service area.
