What you'll do

• Plan and oversee clubhouse programs and activities
• establish program objectives aligned with organizational goals
• oversee daily activities and member safety
• evaluate programs and adapt them to member needs and cultural diversity
• manage program expenditures within budget
• supervise, coach, and evaluate staff and volunteers
• maintain program records and reports
• promote program visibility through schedules, announcements, mailings, flyers, and media releases. Some evenings and weekends are part of the schedule.
