System Designer, Security and Surveillance

The role connects sales, engineering, and operations so installations are planned accurately, delivered within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.

What you'll do

• Design integrated security solutions, including parts lists, labor estimates, scopes, system overview drawings, and bid pricing
• conduct site visits with sales and subcontractors
• support customer proposal presentations
• provide software support for complex deployments
• assist with operations planning and standards
• deliver customer and train-the-trainer sessions
• develop wiring diagrams, equipment layouts, mounting details, and computer and network specifications
• support project implementation and evaluate products.

Why this role

Requires at least five years of security-industry experience and network and IT knowledge. AutoCAD and IP surveillance experience are a plus; access-control and video-management certifications are preferred. Some local travel may be required.
