The Registered Nurse role is onsite in the Village of Williamsburg, VA, with compensation of $37–$42.31 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials. Williamsburg Post Acute and Rehabilitation is a resident-centered skilled nursing and long-term care facility. The nurse provides and evaluates resident care, administers medications and treatments, documents care, and coordinates with families, physicians, and rehabilitation staff. The work supports residents’ health, safety, and rehabilitation needs.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care according to practice standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable guidelines
• plan and evaluate interventions
• educate residents and families
• administer medications and treatments
• document orders and progress
• report changes in condition
• monitor skin changes
• order and report diagnostic tests
• coordinate rehabilitation
• and monitor CNA documentation and assignments.
