What you'll do

• Greet residents and prospective residents and provide customer service
• qualify prospects, determine their needs and preferences, and present the community
• answer incoming calls
• maintain show-ready offices, models, and amenities
• complete paperwork accurately
• conduct market surveys and shop competing properties
• participate in resident relations and functions
• route resident service requests to the service department
• and enter traffic, calls, and daily activity into the computer.
